Dir, Process Management | Pru | Newark, NJ Directs the analysis, design or redesign of multiple, integrated hiring workflows and process issues to ensure that Staffing work is customer focused, consistent, effective, efficient, and compliant. Owns and/or facilitates technical documentation of Staffing processes, including the development and creation of process maps.
Manages department projects of the largest scope and impact, which frequently include staff from other organizations and processes. Accountable for the business role in the system development lifecycle for both Staffing and Corporate initiatives, including analysis, business requirements, test scripts, and user acceptance testing. Acts as primary liaison between Staffing and HR Technology.
Partners across HR functions and other internal business groups, including Risk Management, Vendor Governance, Technology, and Information Security. Monitors and provides oversight to vendors, including talent acquisition system software provider and outsourced support function.
Responsible for developing and implementing training curriculum for Staffing organization, including content for new hires, company-mandated courses, skill building, and leadership capabilities. Own delivery of system training for hiring managers across the company.
This position reports to the VP, Staffing Operations, and currently leads a staff of three individuals.
